Homeless Ministry 

They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the Lord for the display of his splendor. Isaiah 61:3                                                                                                                  

Mighty Oaks is a ministry that demonstrates the love of Jesus through practical service to people. Mighty Oaks in Aurora provides a home-cooked meal, fruit, and dessert on the first Saturday of the month at lunchtime for the community. M.O. is connected to Mission Viejo Elementary to support the school and help students in need. M.O. is open to opportunities to help in Mission Viejo and the surrounding neighborhoods. 

We believe that the foundation of prayer underpins us, and we are continually thankful for our faithful prayer warriors! We hold regular prayer meetings to give thanks, seek guidance, and pray for our beloved folks and volunteers. As a team, we have witnessed the hand of God at work and have each felt tremendously blessed and encouraged by being part of this ministry. We always need new volunteers in various capacities, including cooks, servers, administration, and, most importantly, prayer warriors.
