Next Steps

Now that I've come to know Jesus, what do I do next?

Get Baptized

Jesus asked his followers to be baptized as a powerful expression of what God has done in their hearts. Baptism symbolizes Jesus' death and resurrection and the new life a person has through him. It is the first step in obedience to Jesus. Our staff would love to meet with you and talk with you about this awesome initial step of obedience.

Pray Often

Prayer is simply talking to God and having a conversation with him. Start today and simply tell him what's going on inside your heart, your thankfulness, your needs, your desires. You can literally tell him everything in your life. He wants to hear from you every day and you can talk with God anywhere and at any time of the day. Talk to God about everything! Your new life in Christ is NOT a step toward religion. It's a step toward a vital and ongoing relationship with Jesus. Relationships grow through spending time. Build yours by communicating often

Come To Church

The church is a big family and we'd love to have you join us. As we worship and learn together in a true sense of community and connectedness, the church can both help and encourage your life and journey with Jesus. A family learns from each other, serves each other, grows together which will enable you to grow closer to Jesus and establish relationships with others. What is so encouraging about a church family is that you will discover people who are not perfect and yet are seeking, just like you, to know more about God

Read the Bible

Through the Bible, you can learn more about Jesus and how to live in a relationship with him. A good first step is to begin reading the Bible for 5 minutes every day. If you don't have a Bible, please let us know. We would love to give you one! Begin reading the book of John or Mark where you will get to know more and more about Jesus and all that he's done for you.

There is always something going on at Trinity. Everything from Bible Study to Outreach is offered to all age groups. There is something for every generation of your family.
