You've Heard It Said

This series reminds us to be careful about what people say is found in scripture. Whether people mean to or not, they misquote scripture and take it on as truth. This is currently happening in our society by those in the Christian community. These "truths" are sometimes more traditional than anything and this can negatively affect people's faith. In the times of Jesus, he also encountered this issue. Pastor Bart will explore some of these moments to show that the Bible is still relevant today and encourage the modern Christian to be careful to believe famous sayings made in the name of scripture.
